  • What are the terms and conditions of the 50% off offer?

    Vouchers will be issued on purchases of BHD 50 and above. You will receive vouchers in multiples of BHD 25 from BHD 50 onwards, depending on the invoice amount. For eg: if you spend BHD 100, you will receive 2 vouchers of BHD 25.

    - Vouchers will be sent via email on your registered email ID, after the delivery of the products.

    - Vouchers will be issued from 22nd Aug to 31st Aug, 2019

    - Vouchers can be redeemed until 20th Sep 2019 only.

    - The voucher is redeemable on your next purchase on homeboxstores.com as well as on the Home Box mobile app.

    - The voucher is redeemable only on regular products and is not valid during sale periods and on promotion items.

    - The voucher cannot be redeemed on delivery charges.

    - The voucher cannot be redeemed on mattresses, promotional items & discounted products.

    - All vouchers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.

    - The voucher can’t be redeemed either in part or for cash.

    - Shukran will apply as per the existing policy.

    - If you cancel or return the order, the voucher will also be cancelled. The amount redeemed with the voucher will be deducted from the initial amount paid.

    - The holder of the voucher will be considered as the beneficiary and no duplicate voucher code will be issued, if the voucher is lost or misplaced

    - The voucher cannot be redeemed before the specified date or after the date mentioned, and cannot be renewed either.

    - Items purchased against the voucher cannot be exchanged/refunded or returned.

    - Any dispute or differences arising shall be subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in Bahrain.

    - The colour of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen. This is due to lighting, pixel quality and colour settings.

    - Please expect an unevenness of up to 5 mm in the product due to differences in surfaces and floor levels.

    - The Seller delivering the product will not take up any type of civil work, such as drilling holes in the wall to mount the product. The product will only be assembled in case carpentry assembly is required

  • What are the 14-day Mattress Trial Terms & Conditions?

    1. Buy the ipocket, iGEL or iPillow mattress.

     
    2. If after 14 days you decide that our mattress isn’t the best fit for you and your family, you can change it for another or refund it for your money We request you to fix a time slot with our Customer Support team and please make yourself available at the time.


    3. Reach out to our Customer Support team at 8000-8077.


    4. State you invoice no. and other details.


    5. Home Box team will visit you and inspect the mattress.


    6. While you get a complete refund (excluding any delivery charges you may have paid) on your mattress, there is an BHD 10 fee for collection.


    7. If the returned mattress has been marked, soiled or permanently spoiled in any way, we may reduce the refund or reject the return.


    8. Refund will be by way of Gift voucher for the amount and can be used in Home Box to shop in next 30 days.


    9. Your return on the mattress will be put to good use by donating the same.
