  • When will I receive my order?

    For select Home Box furniture, you’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you. At checkout, you can either opt for our super-fast 2-day Express delivery or Scheduled delivery. There will be an additional charge, which will depend on your location. Please take a look at our Shipping table for more details.

    All other products you order before 3:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday, will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM (and all day Friday) will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

  • What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

    If you're not at home to receive the products you've ordered with Scheduled delivery, our Customer Service team will call you to reschedule.

    For all other products, our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery.

    If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.

    If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us.

  • Will I be charged for delivery?

    Delivery is free on household orders of BHD 25. If your order value is less than that, you'll be charged BHD 1.8 for delivery.

    Furniture orders of BHD 150 will be free, while any order below that amount will be charged BHD 15 for delivery.

    If you opt for 2-business-day Express delivery of your Home Box furniture, shipping charges will be BHD 20.

    There will be an additional service charge of BHD 1 on all Cash on Delivery orders.

    Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
